Summer

Summer is very very near. I can tell because...
A. I managed to get a sunburn by staying in the sun for less than an hour. And the sunburn was, as always, in a really awkward shape. Somehow, along with my normal brown shoulders, I got a triangle of red on my calf. I do remember all of my calf being out in the sun while I passed out in the quad, but somehow only a triangle got burnt.
B. I have sandal blisters. I have yet to find flip-flops that do not rub something painful into my feet after some walking around. Although I think my new reefs might, but I have yet to walk great distances in them.

Unrelated.
I was talking to my employer about the upcoming Whole Earth Festival. He seemed a little wary about the whole thing and mentioned that there was always a sweet uh you could always tell from the sweet odor of... And he wouldn't just say it, which I found amusing. And I mentioned that last year when I was at the festival it smelled to me just like downtown Santa Cruz.

Now I have a crap-load of homework to do.
