Classes

Ok so this post is mostly for my father when he gets back to a computer because i knew he was about to pee himself because he was so excited about MY classes. And yes the mushrooms, mold, and society is amazing already. Today, first lecture, we went over pretty much how to do a science fair project. But he is a pretty cool guy, really interesting. For the DHC part of it we had to put 1 petri dish outside and one inside over night. and Next week we are gonna look at them and then repeat, blah, blah blah. Pretty much I think the DHC part will be mostly science fair projects that he makes up. So that will be fun. In class was pretty good too, 50 mins is a good lecture time. But now I'm thinking about all the stuff I need to do and i think im gonna go do it.

So... Class at 7:30 sucks

So I had my first class, whoo hoo, yippee. Chem at 7:30 -9 every tuesday and thursday is gonna suck. But there is nothing I can do about it so I'm just gonna go to it and then come back and sleep-- which is what I'm about to do. Also so far on campus I have NOT gotten lost. Okay so a few times wandering around with friends we couldnt find what we were looking for. When I'm not exactly sure how I'm gonna get somewhere I feel my way around and I get there. But the radio reception in my room isnt so great. Lets see... what else???

I just had a little spaz and knocked over 2 empty cups on my desk, that was talent.

Oh yeah! I watched the last half of Project Runway last night. I missed the first half due to a call from my bestest budddy, but it was worth it. Uli's dress was the only super good one. I was way dissapointed with who got voted off. It sucks that just because he made one bad dress he got the boot. oh well.
I'm gonna go sleep now. Cuz I woke myself up at 4:44 AM thinking that i might need to wake up for class.

Having fun

Tonight I went out with friends and wandered around to a few parties-- nothing too exciting. The best part of the night was when we were heading home we ended up hanging out with some people in from of our dining commons. The people were cool and then we saw a drun kguy run full on into the windows on the side of the DC, it made a loud thunk and there was some guy in the bushes. SO FUNNY!!!!

First Days

So move in went smoothly, it was sad saying goodbye, although I wont be gone forever. Although I’m really gonna miss my cats, its hard to really talk on the phone or email with them. The chickens aren’t too good either; it takes them forever to write emails anyway.

I don’t actually have email yet. Our side of the room doesn’t work for some reason, so we have to wait till 1 to call them and figure out how to fix it. I was using wireless in the computer area of some building; it was SRC or LRC or something. Actually I think SRC is science review committee. They have waaay to many acronyms around here.

Last night we had a bunch of people from our floor over in our room just kind of hanging out. I got to see my friend’s room too; he is my college buddy—we were friends back in SC.
Today I wandered around with my roomates looking for the liberary but we ended up taking the long way completely around it. But it was good to see some of the campus. We ate food, it was yummy but im hungry again. I'm thinking about going to bed soon. I have a writing placement test tommorow. damn it. forgot about that. oh well.
My apologies for the scatterbrained post. They will all be like this. I wont lie. I’m too lazy to compose my thoughts and only write down the ones that flow. So enjoy
